Apolo Senkeeto - Chairman NRM GALA
Vice-Chairman NRMUSA - Washington DC Chapter
Born Kampala, Uganda in 1970, Apolo has lived in the U.S since 1979. He came to the U.S when his father Albert Senkeeto was a diplomat under President Godfrey Binaisa. He is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Sho'Cho International Corporation, an import/export management firm based in Silver Spring, Maryland, in the United States. He currently attends Clear Creek Baptist Bible College, Pineville, KY, Bachelor's of Theological Studies.
Twaha Bukenya is from Uganda and has been living in the United States for more than twenty years. Twaha is currently the Director, SAS Programming at MedImmune Inc. and previously worked as the director of Statistical Analysis and Reporting for Pfizer Development Operations. He is married to Grace Bubukiika, has two children and lives in Clarksburg, Maryland.
Abbey Kigozi Walusimbi - Protocol NRM GALA
Chairman Global NRM Diaspora/Coordinator
Abbey Walusimbi was born in Bajjo, Bulemezi (Luwero District). He is married to Jalia Nagawa Walusimbi. He currently resides in Los Angeles, California. He is the President United African Federation USA. He is also Chairman Global NRM Diaspora Advisory Council and Uganda's Investment Representative to the West Coast USA.
Joe worked on a UNHCR resettlement project as a logistics and payment officer in the 80's before moving abroad to continue with his studies. He has worked with Pepsi and Georgia Pacific Corporations as Senior Financial Analyst and currently works as Finance Manager with the American Cancer Society in White Plains New York. Joe and his wife Margaret are active members in the Ugandan community in New York. They both served on the organizing committee of the NY UNAA convention. Joe is also a founding member of NRMO Diasporo.
Edward Wanda - NRM USA Chairman
Edward has a BA, Msc Social Research, MIS. He is the
President of the Uganda American Association of Greater
New York UAAGNY. He has been a member and Senior
Political Cadre National Resistance Movement since 1982.
Currently he works as the Principal Transportation Planner
Metropolitan Transportation Authority, New York Transit
Schools. He attended Nairobi School, Makerere University,
Hunter College City University New York and Columbia
University.
Kennedy Burashe - Forums Committee NRM GALA
Chairman NRMUSA - Washington DC Chapter
Former NRM Youth Leader 1994-95 Lyantonde District, he was
born in Rukungiri District and attended Kinyasaano Primary
School, Ntare School (UG), Sanz School USA, (computer
Applications Diploma). He is currently a student at Montgomery
College USA (degree in Nursing). He is an advocate of common
sense and bona bagagawale.
Ed Kironde - Interim Vice Chairman NRM USA (Political)
Born and raised in Kampala - Uganda to the late Yahya Ntwatwa , son
of Abdallah Kironde, who is also the father of the late Yusuf Kironde
Lule. Both father and mother come from Butambala. Education
Bachelor of Science; Computer Network Management Political and
Social. Ed is the Interim Vice Chairman, NRM-USA (Political)
Chairman and NRM-USA Denver Chapter President of the Ugandan
Community in Denver, Colorado.
Elizabeth Musaazi - Forums Committee NRM GALA
Business Development Secretary- NRMUSA (NEC)
Elizabeth has an AS General Studies (Massachusetts Bay
Community College). She was born in Timuna, Nakaseke District.
Her father is the late Ignatius Kangave Musazi, Founding father of
Political Parties – Uganda, President of UNC (1st Political
Party–1952), Uganda National Hero – 1990. Her mother is the late
Ephrance Namugga Kalule. She is an RN (UK). Founder and
Chairperson, Board of Trustees I. K. Musazi Memorial Foundation,
Uganda. She is currently a student at Boston University, BS Major:
Urban Affairs- 2010, Major: Urban Development and Public Policy,
Service: Bank of Uganda–Personal Secretary (1974-1994).

Nakku Senkeeto - Event Manager NRM GALA
CEO Nakku Group International
Nakku, is President and founder of Nakku Group
LLC International, a tourism development company that
specializes in Uganda's tourism industry. She manages events of
various levels from business to social affairs. Nakku is
the daughter of Betty Mugambe Kiwanuka and the late Jimmy Mugambe Kiwanuka, son of the late Jolly Joe Kiwanuka (one of
the original founders of UPC), great-grand daughter of Serwano W. Kulubya (former mayor of Kampala). She has lived in the US for over 26 years. She has a B.A. in Business Management from Regis College, Weston, MA and a Master's of Tourism Administration from George Washington University, DC.
